When you first met Pat you'll most likely hear, “Hi my name is Pat and I used to work for PAT. Pat, stands for "patience", the virtue we are all trying to learn. Or, it stands for "pathetic" whichever you would like to recall.” Pat has a great sense of humor and a fantastic outlook on life. Pat is patient, but by no means pathetic. She is a kidder and can have fun with anything no matter what the task. Pat not only spends much of her time volunteering for Ranken Jordan, but is very involved with Parents as Teachers (PAT) and has developed skills which we've been able to use at Ranken Jordan in multiple ways.

Pat volunteers with therapy and even gets into her bathing suit to help in the aquatic therapy pool. She has helped with patients' therapy programs and administrative work. The staff of Ranken Jordan can all agree that Pat truly deserves the Volunteer of the Year award.
