Bridges - Grief Support

About

Bridges is a 6-week virtual grief support group offered three times throughout the year by Ranken Jordan. The group is inclusive to anyone grieving the death of someone in their life. There is a group for kids, a group for teens, and a group for adults. It is a completely free program and is open to anyone in the community. Participants can choose to join the support group virtually or in person at Ranken Jordan. Registration is required to attend, and login and location information will be shared after registration.

More Support for Complicated Grief

Let’s face it, all grief is complicated. But “complicated grief” is the term used by grief professionals to describe situations where the bereavement healing process might face complications from situations such as difficult relationships, violent death, suicide, unresolved conflict, or trauma. Though all grieving individuals are welcome to participate in our Bridges Grief Support Groups, we recognize that at times people experiencing complicated grief may continue to feel isolated even when in the company of others grieving a loss. To help bridge this gap in resources, we now offer a Complicated Grief Group for Adults in addition to our traditional grief groups.

If you are unsure which group would be best for you, please feel free to reach out to our support group coordinator:
