Say YES!

YES. That’s the underlying theme throughout Ranken Jordan. YES to what the community needs. YES, we’ll figure out a way. “What would it take to …?” vs. we can’t. YES, you can play and socialize while you’re on a ventilator. YES, let’s go play outside.
We give our team members the space to say YES as they take an innovative and creative approach to how we care for each patient. And we encourage curiosity to find even better ways to help the growing population of medically fragile children.
Say YES to a challenging, gratifying career at Ranken Jordan.
Our Story
Ranken Jordan Pediatric Bridge Hospital was founded as a pediatric long-term care facility in 1941 to help children with complex conditions. Over the years, a growing number of children have required more complex care as modern medicine’s advancements save more lives.
“The staff at Ranken Jordan cares about the patient’s whole life, not just about the illness. We want to make the patient’s life the best life it can be.”
— Dr. Lynda Brady, Physician Manager and Pediatric Gastroneurologist
