Karen Sepe, RN, CPNP, is a pediatric nurse practitioner with more than 40 years of experience in varied hospital settings with special expertise in Pediatric Intensive Care and Cardiology. Her goal is to foster children’s natural joy in their growth and development while addressing their complex needs and to empower parents and families to continue the care of their child with chronic health care needs through education and a wide base of support in the community.

Since 2007, Karen has dedicated her work to patients at Ranken Jordan. Before that, she had several roles in the ER and PICU at Cardinal Glennon in St. Louis and in Richmond, Virginia. In addition, she has worked as a nurse practitioner in cardiology at St. Louis Children’s Hospital.

Karen received her bachelor’s degree from St. Louis University and her Master of Science degree in nursing with a child health concentration from Virginia Commonwealth University.
