Risk Elected New President of Young Professionals Board

Jacob Risk elected New President of Ranken Jordan's Young Professionals Board

The Ranken Jordan Young Professionals Board elected a new president, Jacob Risk. As the president, Jacob is an ex-officio member of the Ranken Jordan board of directors. Jacob is the director of clinical nutrition with Lutheran Senior Services. He’s served there since 2013, and focuses on regulatory compliance and improving clinical outcomes int eh post-actute rehab setting. Prior to Lutheran Senior Services, he served as the clinical nutrition manager and director of nutrition services as St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in Belleville, Illinois.

 

Jake earned his Bachelor of Science in human environmental studies degree with an emphasis in dietetics from Southeast Missouri State University and completed his dietetic internship at St. John’s Regional Medical Center in Springfield, Illinois. He has served on the Young Professionals Board for Ranken Jordan since 2015.
