Growing up in New York, Dr. Lynda Brady was inspired by a family friend who was a general practitioner. “He had a huge influence on my life, and he really encouraged me to go into medicine,” says Dr. Brady. Ranken Jordan Pediatric Bridge Hospital is proud to announce that we have achieved 100% voluntary retention among our registered respiratory therapists (RRTs) for the past year. In comparison, the turnover rate for RRTs across St. Louis is currently 17.2%. This is a significant accomplishment for the hospital that greatly improves the quality of care for the patients we serve.
